In 2025, Tree San Diego and our partners planted 2404 trees across San Diego County—expanding shade, cooling neighborhoods, and growing a more climate-resilient urban forest. Out of these, 1,045 trees were planted through our first-ever  Plant-a-Thon , a 10-week campaign focused on bringing climate-resilient trees to communities that need them most. Planting Roots, Sharing: IRG & Arbor Day Foundation Tree Event Tree San Diego collaborated with Indigenous Regeneration to host a powerful community planting and distribution event, made possible through the generous support of the  Arbor Day Foundation .
