El Cuerpo de Acción Climática de California contrata a más de 115 becarios para servir más de 1700 horas en comunidades principalmente desatendidas. Los becarios sirven en una organización sin fines de lucro, tribu, agencia pública o institución educativa. Se centran en la ecologización urbana, la recuperación de residuos orgánicos y alimentos comestibles, y la resistencia a los incendios forestales. ¡Los becarios de CCAC reciben beneficios, desarrollo profesional y la oportunidad de unirse a la próxima cohorte de líderes de acción climática!

OCEAN EXCURSION
Join coastal naturalists for an
open-boat ocean experience highlighting how inland land-use and urban trees shape coastal water quality, marine habitats and regional biodiversity.
TREE TREK
A land-based lesson led by ISA Certified Arborist, connecting coastal observations back to urban forestry, soil health and stormwater management. Bringing the learning full circle, from mountain to sea.

About Our Partners
O’side Whales offers intimate, small-group whale watching experiences out of Oceanside, California. With just six guests per trip, their fast, agile vessel allows for up-close encounters with whales, dolphins, and other marine life. Led by experienced captains and marine naturalists, each tour blends adventure with education, fostering a deeper connection to the ocean. O'side Whales operates year-round, following seasonal migrations and prioritizing safe, respectful wildlife viewing.
From tree-planting and Tree Stewards training to community engagement and workforce development, the Tree San Diego team has provided the residents of San Diego County with all they need to know about trees, the benefits they provide, and the skills they need to care for them. With more than 15,000 trees planted and distributed through various projects and programs, Tree San Diego continues expand the region's urban forest with municipalities, NGOs, and communities.
