Treejectory+
Project Summary
Treejectory+ is an exciting paid education and workforce development program serving disadvantaged (DAC) and low-income (LIC) communities. This program helps participants grow their careers while enhancing our urban forests. Through hands-on training led by ISA Certified Arborists and Urban Forestry professionals, participants gain valuable skills, real-world experience, and access to meaningful job opportunities in urban forestry. As part of this unique program, participants will help plant 1,500 trees in DAC/LIC communities through our Plan & Plant Project, making a lasting impact on their neighborhoods.

By the end of this program, you’ll master industry standards for tree care and maintenance, learn proper planting and watering techniques, explore cutting-edge GIS mapping software, and uncover exciting career pathways in urban forestry—and so much more! Not only is this a paid training opportunity, but the development of skills within this program will make participants a stronger applicant in the green workforce. Additionally, upon completion of Treejectory+ you will have access to industry professionals with recruitment potential, and will have already gained reputable references from our ISA Certified Arborists.
Join us in shaping a sustainable future—one tree, one career, and one community at a time!
