Urban Greening Community Open House and Tree Distribution

The Urban Greening Community Open House is an event celebrating existing green spaces and planning for the addition of other green spaces, tree spaces, and community led maintenance in Southeastern San Diego, specifically for the neighborhoods of Chollas View, Emerald Hills, and Lincoln Park. This free family-friendly and fun event will feature indigenous teachings for land and water stewardship, development of community led maintenance for green spaces, opportunities to provide feedback on conceptual designs of urban green spaces, tree giveaways, and much more. Food, music and resources will be on site and available for all.
